Call for abstracts, 2015 BCATPR Workshop

BCATPR is now accepting abstract submissions for the 2016 BCATPR Workshop poster session. This year's workshop will take place on Monday, June 13, 2026 at St. Paul’s Hospital in Vancouver.

Abstracts for poster sessions are welcomed from all disciplines related to telehealth and eHealth research, practice and policy. They may include program descriptions, research and evaluation projects (upcoming, ongoing or completed), pilot projects and proposed programs. 

Abstracts are due by Monday, April 11, 2026. 
We will notify corresponding authors via email regarding abstract acceptance.

Abstract requirements and guidelines

• • Keep the length to approximately 250 words.
• • You will enter the title, authors and abstract body as separate fields in the web submission system.
• • The online system will automatically remove formatting such as font type and size.
• • Abstracts must clearly outline the information that will be presented in the poster, including objectives, project status (ongoing, completed or planned), methodology, findings and significance of the project or study, including if and where it is being implemented. 
• • There is no limit to the number of abstracts that may be submitted by an individual, company, organization, or institution.
• • Each abstract should be submitted one time only.
• • At least one of the presenting authors of accepted abstracts, and anyone attending the speaker presentations, must register for the workshop. Presenters are responsible for their travel and lodging expenses and registration fees for the workshop.
