This project is a feasibility study to assess patient and staff uptake of an Internet based self-monitoring intervention for heart failure patients. The study also examines the impact that such intervention has on patient quality of life and heart failure self management. 20 patients (6 females, 14 males, mean age 62) completed a 6 month trial for this study. This project is funded by Astra Zeneca, CIHR, and MSFHR.
