How to Register
Please complete the online form. Payment for registration fees will be accepted by credit card online via a secure server. All credit card transactions will be processed in Canadian dollars and are subject to current exchange rates.
Cancellation and Refunds
Full refunds, less a $10 (CDN) administration fee, will be granted to cancellations received by June 10, 2013. No refunds will be issued after that date. Refunds will be processed after the conference. Substitute delegates are welcome.
Confirmation of your Registration
When you register online and pay by credit card, you will receive immediate confirmation by email via our server, as well as a credit card payment notification receipt from Moneris.
